Returns and Exchanges:

⚠️ No Refunds — Store Credit Only within 10 Days of Purchase Date.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item(s) must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn and Unaltered: Items must be in their original condition, with all tags attached.
  • Original Packaging: Please return items in their original packaging if available.
  • Proof of Purchase: Include a copy of your receipt or packing slip with the return.

Ineligible Returns:

  • Items returned after 10 days of delivery.
  • Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged.
  • Items purchased on sale or clearance.

Return Process:

  2. Pack Your Return: After receiving your RA number, pack the item(s) securely. Include the RA number and a copy of your receipt or packing slip.
  3. Ship Your Return: Ship to the following address:

If the item doesn’t fit or there’s an issue, we’ll gladly arrange a free return (within the U.S.).

Just save the original box — we’ll send you a prepaid UPS return label by email.
