Our Expertise & Premier Services

3. What makes your fur care and remodeling services stand out?

Our craftsmanship is deeply rooted in the esteemed Bergen furrier tradition, bringing decades of specialized experience to every garment we handle. Whether we are cleaning, glazing, or completely restyling a vintage piece, our master furriers treat your luxury outerwear with the highest level of precision and care. Our dedication to quality is why our remodeling work aligns with the modern sustainability movement, as featured in publications like Vogue.

4. How can I be sure my luxury fur is safe in your cold storage?

We operate secure, state-of-the-art, climate-controlled cold storage vaults right here in New Jersey. Unlike standard storage, our facilities are specifically calibrated to the exact temperature and humidity levels required to preserve the natural oils in fur, preventing drying, cracking, and pest damage. Our 4.2-star Google rating from verified customers reflects our trusted reputation in protecting high-value investments.

5. Do you offer personalized styling or custom design consultations?

Yes, we provide an exclusive luxury retail experience. You can schedule a Private Consultation with our expert furriers for personalized fittings, custom remodeling advice, or private shopping. We take the time to understand your unique style and guide you through our collections, ensuring a flawless fit and a truly tailored experience.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. Do you offer any seasonal discounts on fur storage and cleaning?

Yes, we frequently offer seasonal promotions to help you protect your garments. Currently, we are offering special pricing on our expert Fur Cleaning & Glazing services, as well as our climate-controlled Fur Coat Storage. Check our website or contact our showroom directly to secure these limited-time rates before the off-season begins.

2. Can I find luxury fur pieces for under $1,000?

Absolutely. We believe in making luxury accessible. We feature a curated "Furs Under $1,000" collection, which includes beautifully crafted apparel and accessories. You can also find ongoing sales on select items, such as our vibrant Rex Rabbit knitted headbands and premium Apple Watch bands, perfect for gifting or elevating your everyday style.

6. Do you buy, trade in, or accept second-hand fur garments?

No. Bergen American Furs and Fashion does not purchase, trade, or accept second-hand fur garments. We sell new luxury fur apparel from our Montclair showroom, and we provide expert cold storage, cleaning, repairs, and remodeling for fur garments our clients already own.
